What we do
We provide both centre based and home therapy services.
Centre based services are generally for patients who are ambulant. Within the centre we offer sessional rehabilitation in addition to Maintenance Day Care.
For sessional services, Active rehabilitation and Maintenance rehabilitation are available.
Maintenance Day Care is a full day care programme which aims to promote ageing-in-place for frail and/or physically disabled clients.
Home based services are for patients who are non-ambulant. A qualified therapist will visit the patient’s home to offer physiotherapy treatment and give advice on any home modifications, if necessary.
An individualized programme designed for beneficiaries with neurological and orthopaedic conditions, such as stroke, amputation, musculoskeletal, postoperative total knee replacement, Parkinson's disease, spinal cord injuries etc.
Daily structured and therapeutic group activities for beneficiaries to maintain their functional, cognitive and perceptual status with gradual community re-integration.
Home based therapy for beneficiaries who are unable to attend community based rehabilitation yet still want to be actively and mentally engaged in rehabilitation in a home environment. Home environment assessments are also offered.
