1. Purpose for which personal data may be collected, used, disclosed and stored

Your personal data, including data for registration purposes (such as name, NRIC, address), medical information and any other personal information provided by you or your caregiver will be collected when you present yourself for medical examination or treatment. The giving of such data is considered consent to the collection, use, disclosure and storage of such data for the purposes related to the provision of medical care to you. These purposes include referrals to other healthcare professionals and institutions, and other purposes including but not limited to billing and hospital business such as informing you about our services and activities. Such business may continue after discharge, including but not limited to outpatient care, home care and financial matters.

To exercise your rights on data protection or for clarifications related to data protection, please email administrator@anrc.org.sg with “Personal Data Protection” as the subject, addressed to “Data Protection Officer”.

This Personal Data Protection Policy may be modified from time to time and changes take effect from the time they are made. You are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
